What is Sonicaid DAWES REDMAN CTG ANALYSIS™?

Unique
A unique algorithm developed to assess and monitor antepartum fetal wellbeing in pregnancy.

Objective
It objectively, automatically and in a numerical way analyses Fetal Heart Rates patterns against standardised criteria which define a normal CTG recording.

Comprehensive
It delivers a complete analysis of all aspects of the CTG trace according to defined normality criteria therefore  providing a more holistic view of fetal health.
 
Evidence-based
Designed from Oxford University database of well over 100,000 CTG traces, it provides an aid to interpretations that are significantly more reliable than human assessments.¹

The Sonicaid® Team3 fetal monitors, Sonicaid Centrale 3 CTG viewing and archiving system as well as the OBIX BeCA® fetal monitor distributed in the USA by Clinical Computer Systems Incorporated are the only medical devices which enable you to run a printed and digital recording of the Dawes-Redman analysis.

Products produced by other companies will not have been validated against the University of Oxford’s unique database (where the system was and continues to be developed) and therefore will not perform in the same way. In many instances these other forms of computerised CTG analysis are not supported by published evidence.
